Office Information / Hours
This component allows for some simple information about the office to be displayed in a neat format. This is a great component to add to the main page of your website to get quick contact information about the department or organization.
This is a custom component created for the Hydraulic platform and is not currently available in the university WordPress offering.
- Published - Select or unselect to make component visible or not to site visitors. Defaults to published
- Background Color (required) - Choose the colors which to use when displaying the component
- White, Black, Gray
- Brand Image (required) - Provide a brand image
- Location (optional) - Provide a building and room number
- Phone Number (optional)
- Fax Number (optional)
- Email Address (optional)
- Office Hours (optional) - Provide some basic office hours for the department or organization
Instructions start on the Create or Edit Page within a piece of content.
- Create Content using the Add Component button
- Choose Office Information / Hours from the list of Components in the Text section
OR
Edit Content using the Edit button - Switch the Published field on or off for the component to be published or unpublished
- (required) Choose the Background Color for the component (white, black, gray)
- (required) Upload a Brand Image for the department or office
- (optional) Provide a Location for where the office is located
- (optional) Add a Phone Number for contacting the office
- (optional) Add a Fax Number for the office
- (optional) Add an Email Address for contacting the office
- (optional) Give some brief Office Hours for when the office is open
