Content Type
Drupal content types are essentially pre-built page structures using components which allow pages to be built with ease. Hydraulic comes with three basic layouts which can be extended through the use of specific fields and components to built content rich pages.
- This content type is generally used for information that is updated less frequently and often cross-referenced and categorized, such as news items or resources. By default, Articles are sorted with the most recent post at the top.
- The Basic Page content type is typically the default and most flexible option for most pages on a website. Sidebars are available for links to subpages and sections within the page.
- The Person content type is generally used for highlighting information about an individual, department, or organization. This could include students, staff, faculty, or individual groups of importance.
- Webforms allow for sites to gather specific information from visitors through the use of custom built forms.
This component has additional requirements in order to use. Please read additional information to learn more.
- This content type is generally used for building or office hours of operation, either in general or specific dates and times. Facility Hours are displayed in list format, as either Today or the Next 7 Days.
- This content type is generally used to highlight specific information. This could be recognition of a specific individual, an upcoming event, or to highlight a program.
