The "This page isn't working" or parts of the website not working properly is a new error we are starting to see. Unfortunately this is not an error on the website side but rather has to do with an individuals browser cache filling up. To fix this you need to clear your browser cache in order to get the website working again. You could also try using another browser or using incognito or private browsing through your web browser.
Open an Incognito or Private browser window:
Clear Cache in browser:
- Chrome
- Chrome defaults to Last Hour when clearing the cache. This should be set to Last 4 weeks or All time to be sure to clear all the cache needed. This may log you out of some websites and/or services.
- Firefox
- Safari
