Contact Forms

Contact forms allow for users to quickly send short messages to the department or specific individuals. A Contact Us form has already been created for use on the site, as required by the University. However the form has been created with a generic thank you message and email address. This can be updated to be more specific for the individual department.

Note: DO NOT delete the Contact Us form or create new forms.

  1. Log in to the Drupal admin interface as an administrator.
  2. Go to the Structure menu and select Contact forms
  3. Click on Contact us or click edit in the same row
  4. The following fields can be updated as desired:
    • Label - Title of the form that will show at the top of the form
    • Recipients - Email addresses for the form responses to be sent. Further instructions can be found under the field textarea.
    • Message - Message displayed to the user after the form has been completed.
    • Redirect path - Content to send the user to once the form has been completed.
    • Ignore Auto-reply and Weight
  5. Click Save
